We are glad you have taken the time to learn about a growing group of up-and-coming professionals in the greater Chicago area. The 21 Club looks to identify and encourage growth of those with potential to be leaders in public service by:
1) Education on pressing issues facing our communities throughout Chicago and Illinois and knowledge about organizations affecting positive change
2) Access to significant business, community, and political leaders current shaping policy
3) A network of like-minded peers looking to make a significant impact on the lives of those around them.
We see public service broadly, encompassing activities ranging from volunteering at your local food bank to starting a new philanthropy aimed at underprivileged education to holding elected office and many other endeavors. All are important and worthy of pursuit and any endeavor requires education, access to leaders, and a peer network.
Led by an Executive Director and an Executive Committee, listed below, The 21 Club reaches hundreds of young professionals, most of whom are between 25 and 40 and work in all industries across the greater Chicago area. The organization has been operating since April of 2008 and has grown organically through each person’s professional and social networks, attracting some of the best and brightest potential future leaders.
We would welcome your interest in developing and growing the organization, and we are always looking for key talent to become a part of the Executive Committee.
